At BabyLuzCo, your satisfaction and your baby's safety are our highest priority. We want every purchase to feel as special as the little one it was chosen for.

 

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. 

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened. Feeding accessories, skincare and grooming products, and sterilizing equipment. 

How to return
Simply email us at hello@babyluzco.com with your order number and reason for the return, and we will guide you through the process with care and without any hassle.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right immediately- no questions asked.
