Shipping policy

We have partnered with PostNet and Aramex to deliver your orders across South Africa within 2-3 days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Flat-Rate Shipping: The shipping fee is R120 for delivery anywhere in South Africa. If there are any changes to this rate, you will be informed during checkout. 

Order Processing: Please do allow us 8-12 business days to prepare your order. 

Tracking Your Order: Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery of your order.

Shipping Locations: We ship within South Africa and internationally, including to the United States. International orders are delivered within 6–13 business days at a flat rate of R150. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of order.
